1. Who is responsible
Jeanious, registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42174035, is responsible for your data. Contact us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Your Twitch account. When you sign in with Twitch we receive your Twitch ID, username, display name and profile picture. We don't receive your Twitch password or email address.
- Sign-in cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, and short-lived cookies protect the sign-in itself. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- What you make. Your chat messages, build requests and creations, so you can come back to them. Creations you share appear on Explore with your display name; your chat and build briefs stay private. Each build card has a Share on Explore switch, which starts switched on unless you turn sharing off for new builds in chat Settings. You can make any creation private again at any time. Earlier creations are only shared if you choose to share them.
- Usage and purchases. Your usage balance and history, and for purchases the amount, VAT, status and date. Revolut handles payment; we never see your card details.
- Subscriber status. Whether you subscribe to our Twitch channel, to give you your monthly allowance.
- Technical logs. Request and error logs we need to keep the service running and secure.
3. Why we use it
- To provide your account, chat, builds and usage (performing our contract with you).
- To keep purchase records for Dutch tax law (legal obligation).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and improve our builders (our legitimate interest). We may review creations and the requests that produced them to improve how our builders work.
4. Who we share it with
- AI model providers, such as OpenRouter and Ollama Cloud, receive the text of your chats and build requests to generate a response. Some of these providers are based outside the EU, for example in the United States.
- Revolut processes payments.
- Twitch handles sign-in.
- Cloudflare delivers the website and protects it from attacks.
We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data and creations while your account is open. Purchase records are kept for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Expired sign-in sessions are removed automatically.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the version date above, and tell signed-in users about important changes.
