2. What you buy
Credits are prepaid units for Jeanie chat and the builders on jeanious.app. The price, any subscriber discount and the total are shown before you pay; prices include VAT where applicable.
- Purchased credits don't expire while your account is open.
- Monthly subscriber credits are always used before purchased credits.
- Credits have no cash value. They can't be transferred, resold or exchanged for money, except for the refunds described below.
- Prices can change for future purchases. Credits you have already bought keep working.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is handled by Revolut on its secure checkout page; we never see your card details. The purchase is complete when Revolut confirms the payment, and the credits are added to your balance straight away.
4. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as you haven't used any of its credits. Because credits are delivered immediately, you ask us at checkout to make them available right away, and you agree that you lose the right to cancel that purchase once you start using its credits.
- Full refund: within 14 days of payment, if none of the purchase's credits have been used.
- How credits count as used: monthly credits are spent first, then purchased credits, oldest purchase first.
- How to cancel: email [email protected] with the date and amount of the purchase, or use the form below. We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days, and remove that purchase's credits.

5. Problems with a payment
If a payment fails, is taken twice, or the credits don't arrive, contact [email protected] and we'll put it right. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can help quickly. None of this affects your legal rights.
6. If we close the service
If Jeanious stops offering chat and builders, we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the site, and refund purchased credits that are still unused.
7. Complaints and law
Send complaints to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version you accepted at checkout.
